  • Course Enrollments: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
  • Development Projects: Payment terms and refund conditions are outlined in the individual service agreement.
  • Corporate Training: Cancellation terms are defined in the corporate agreement signed prior to engagement.
